About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing & Design Specialist (contractor) to join our A-team in-office at our North American Headquarters in Cary, NC. As a Marketing & Design Specialist (contractor) at Allucent, you will transform operational, commercial, and marketing content into visually compelling, clear, and persuasive presentations for internal leadership, clients and key stakeholders. About the role: As the Marketing & Design Specialist (contractor) you are a Microsoft PowerPoint expert that will: Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for marketing, commercial, and executive-level use. Translate data and insights into visually structured charts, infographics, and layouts. Review and refine existing presentations to enhance visual storytelling and consistency across business units. Provide design support for marketing materials beyond presentations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual consistency

Requirements

Excellent visual communication skills, including data visualization, infographic creation, and storytelling through slides.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders.
Administrative excellence
Storytelling and narrative building through presentations
Basic understanding of marketing content development and brand execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment of a growing company.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is preferred.
1+ years of working experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations is preferred
Experience working in Canva and other tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience working in Pharma/Life Science companies is a plus.
