Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with large-scale databases focusing on both B2C and B2B data.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing data sources, tools, and technologies including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong expertise in SQL or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Apply best practices to uphold high standards of data quality, facilitating precise audience and segmentation reporting and analysis.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance data quality within the database to maximize marketable audiences.
  • Create and develop segmentation models for improved audience targeting.
  • Gather marketing requirements to build effective audience lists for campaigns.
  • Define audience criteria in alignment with regional priorities and effective segmentation.
  • Collaborate with marketers to create and test new audience segments, presenting ideas to enhance database performance.
  • Conduct training sessions with the marketing team to improve understanding and use of the marketing database.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal opt-in requirements for data handling.
  • Collaborate with the Data Operations Team and cross-functional IT and Data Teams to maintain an up-to-date marketing database.
  • Support in processing and managing incoming lead data for accurate classification.
