The Analyst will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to align data strategies with marketing objectives. By leveraging data for audience segmentation and campaign management, they will enhance database performance and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the marketing operations are data-driven and aligned with market demands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with large-scale databases focusing on B2C/B2B data.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing data sources and technologies including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in SQL or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Apply best practices to uphold high standards of data quality, ensuring precise audience and segmentation reporting.
  • Lead continuous efforts to improve data quality within the database for optimal audience targeting.
  • Create and develop segmentation models for enhanced audience targeting.
  • Gather marketing requirements to build effective audience lists for campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication with the marketing team to define audience criteria and ensure alignment with regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with marketers to create and test new audience segments, enhancing database engagement.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions with the marketing team on effective utilization of the marketing database.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal opt-in requirements for all data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to keep the marketing database updated and relevant.
  • Support the management of incoming lead data for accurate classification.
