About The Position

The Data Analytics Intern will assist the marketing team in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting marketing performance data to improve supplier co-op reporting and ROI analysis. The intern will leverage Adriel, marketing's BI platform, to track campaign performance, visualize key metrics, and support leadership in data-driven decision making across three brands.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS).
  • Comfortable working with structured data sets and large spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a US Person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (I.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from multiple sources (Adriel, HubSpot, Google Ads, supplier reports, social media dashboards, and CRM exports).
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across data sets from Heilind, ICC, and DB Roberts.
  • Support integration of new campaign data feeds into Adriel and assist in QA testing of dashboards.
  • Ensure all marketing performance data is properly tagged, categorized, and aligned to co-op funding guidelines.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Adriel dashboards for campaign performance, supplier spend, digital effectiveness, and ROI metrics.
  • Help define KPIs and ensure they reflect accurate metrics across global marketing activities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly summary visualizations for leadership and supplier reviews.
  • Support preparation of supplier marketing reports, aligning data with co-op reimbursement requirements.
  • Track and compare supplier-funded marketing activity versus ROI benchmarks.
  • Prepare presentation-ready insights for supplier QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Identify trends and anomalies in campaign performance data that may indicate optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify top-performing content, channels, and geographies.
  • Present findings to marketing management with recommendations for improving efficiency and supplier ROI.
  • Work closely with digital marketing and supplier marketing teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Support data requests from sales branches or regional marketing teams for specific supplier programs.
  • Partner with IT and BI support teams to troubleshoot data connectivity or platform issues.
