About The Position

Do you love turning messy data into clear, actionable insights that actually drive decisions? We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who’s excited to own the numbers behind our growth—someone who can connect the dots between marketing efforts, pipeline performance, and real business impact. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Data Analyst include owning marketing performance data from first touch to retained client. You will support the Marketing Director by providing clear insights into each stage of the funnel or pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and reporting
  • Strong CRM reporting experience (HubSpot required; Zoho a plus; other CRM experience expected)
  • Comfortable working with imperfect or messy data and taking the initiative to clean and fix it
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy
  • Experience with multi-channel analysis and revenue or pipeline reporting
  • Solid understanding of funnel analysis and attribution modeling

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of marketing and revenue data across systems
  • Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards that support marketing, sales, and leadership teams
  • Manage attribution models and analyze multi-channel performance to understand what drives pipeline and revenue
  • Conduct funnel and pipeline analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support data-driven forecasting through reliable reporting and insights
  • Perform routine data audits to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Other tasks as assigned
