The Marketing Analyst role is critical for driving data-informed decision-making across the marketing department. This position involves compiling, maintaining, and visualizing regular reports on marketing performance across digital, traditional, and in-store channels. The analyst will identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, optimize spend, and enhance overall marketing performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful stories that guide strategy and execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align with overall marketing objectives. This position is based at the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available, and candidates must reside within commuting distance as relocation assistance is not provided.
