About The Position

This role delivers analytical support that shapes campaign strategy, evaluates performance, and drives smarter decision-making through clear reporting, exploratory analysis, and actionable recommendations. Location/Schedule: This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters with a 4-day hybrid in-office schedule. Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities: This role analyzes marketing data to uncover insights, measure campaign effectiveness, and guide strategic decisions. You'll partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting, modeling, and recommendations that improve performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related analytics role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and R or Python.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Posit Team, Google Looker, or Qualtrics.
  • Exposure to analytics product development or process improvement.
  • Experience supporting data quality, governance, or reporting optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing and senior stakeholders to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop, validate, and communicate clear, concise reporting to leadership and collaborators.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility.
