About The Position

The Marketing / Customer Service Intern will support customer engagement and marketing execution through coordination, content support, and basic customer-facing activities. This role blends communication, organization, and real-time business support.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and responsive with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable speaking with internal teams and customers professionally
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Support customer service activities (tracking requests, follow-ups, documentation)
  • Assist with customer communication templates (emails, confirmations, FAQs)
  • Help maintain customer and prospect lists (basic CRM or Excel tracking)
  • Support marketing content needs (simple flyers, updates, internal posts)
  • Assist with coordination for customer meetings and visit logistics
  • Compile feedback from customers and organize themes/opportunities
  • Support campaign tracking (responses, activity counts, basic reporting)
