About The Position

Partners Coffee is an independently owned, small-batch coffee roaster founded in Brooklyn in 2012. As roasters and baristas, they believe every coffee has a story and aim to share that story in every cup. From their original Williamsburg flagship to a growing network of cafes, wholesale partnerships, and education programs, they’re dedicated to making high-quality, complex coffee approachable and accessible. They are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Creative Manager to join their team at their Greenpoint office and coffee lab. In this role, the manager will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying the Partners Coffee brand across every touchpoint, leading initiatives that deepen brand affinity, elevate storytelling, and expand presence across DTC, grocery, retail cafes, and corporate partnerships. The role involves building integrated marketing plans and bringing campaigns to life that reflect sourcing values and Brooklyn roots. It is suitable for a self-starter who thrives on execution, has strong creative instincts, and enjoys both strategy and hands-on work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within eCommerce/DTC (CPG preferred)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, on-brand copy
  • Proven experience executing integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Creative mindset with experience collaborating with designers, photographers, and creators
  • Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, retention)
  • Coffee appreciator

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of quarterly marketing calendars in partnership with the VP, Digital and eCommerce Manager
  • Build and implement omni-channel marketing plans across DTC, grocery, Amazon, wholesale, and retail
  • Manage integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media, retail, and digital activations
  • Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting (acquisition, retention, ROAS) and use insights to optimize performance
  • Oversee all creative output to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Plan and direct photo and video shoots, managing logistics, creative direction, and asset organization
  • Support and develop copy across web, product pages, email, social, and partnerships
  • Own organic social strategy and manage external creative/social partners
  • Partner with Operations, Retail, Sales, CX, and Education teams to execute campaigns seamlessly
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief
  • Coordinate external agencies including PR to align with launches, campaigns, and brand milestones
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all channels
  • Define and evolve brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging)
  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships across corporate, wholesale, and grocery
  • Identify and execute events, sponsorships, and branded merchandise opportunities
