About The Position

David Weekley Homes is always seeking exceptional marketing communicators to join our growing Marketing and Communications team. We're seeking Copywriters with a passion for creating copy that will capture the David Weekley Homes' voice while conveying Our Purpose of Building Dreams, Enhancing Lives. To be successful in this position, you will be a capable of both creative ideation and rapid execution. As a Copywriter, you can expect to deliver content for branded collateral, digital advertising, webpages and occasionally traditional advertising.

Requirements

• Writers with professional experience in marketing, copywriting, internal communications, media relations, social media and blogging
• Strong word processing and familiarity with standard style guides

Responsibilities

• Develop and create effective, engaging content for our field markets while adhering to our established brand voice and guidelines
• Contribute and participate in planning and brainstorming sessions and meetings
• Edit, proof, update, and write internal and external communications, advertising, web-based writing assignments and articles across various platforms and media
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborate effectively with Team Members throughout the company
