About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support existing programs and help develop new initiatives aligned with company goals. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn across communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing, advertising or communications)
  • Skilled in preparing reports and delivering analytical insights using Excel and Microsoft tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Organized and dependable with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and support multiple projects as needed
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Local or small business experience in the home service industry
  • Familiarity with marketing tools including Service Titan, DOMO, Trello, Microsoft Office
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing leadership in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies
  • Coordinate campaign launches to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Communicate timelines, deliverables, and performance updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with paid, digital, email, print, and brand initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Support franchise locations with marketing requests, sponsorships, and sales materials
  • Track marketing budgets and spending to align with business goals
  • Maintain marketing systems, tools, processes, and documentation
  • Compile market research, competitor insights, and campaign results
  • Support internal presentations, meetings, and special projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, content, and lead generation
  • Stay current on marketing trends and share best practices with the team
  • Occasionally travel to other markets
