About The Position

Contec’s Marketing Department is seeking a temporary marketing coordinator to support the following activities, as needed, for a limited engagement. A set number of hours is not guaranteed per week and will depend on the workload at the given time.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day training.
  • Works within Project Management Tool- Wrike for assignments and communication
  • Proactive in seeking out documentation, tutorials, and help resources to learn new tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in completing administrative and process-driven tasks.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Survey Management (SurveyMonkey)
  • Complete required SurveyMonkey training and independently seek out online resources to become proficient with the platform.
  • Build and manage customer-facing surveys based on requests from internal teams.
  • Ensure surveys are fully reviewed, edited, and aligned with stakeholder requirements prior to launch.
  • Provide live survey links to stakeholders and manage survey distribution as needed.
  • Create and maintain SurveyMonkey dashboards, monitor responses, follow up on results, and properly close surveys upon completion.
  • Highspot Administration & Enablement Support
  • Complete Highspot training to gain a working knowledge of platform administration.
  • Assist with user management, including adding new users, placing them in the correct teams or spots, and ensuring proper access.
  • Assign onboarding and training content through the designated Highspot onboarding spot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to understand new hire enablement needs and ensure Highspot is set up accordingly.
  • Event Support – CONNECT Annual Sales & Marketing Event (March 9-12)
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for CONNECT, Contec’s annual sales and marketing event.
  • Execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following established processes and directions.
  • Assist with coordination efforts, documentation, and general event preparation support as needed.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support (Optional / Based on Interest)
  • Assist with building and maintaining the LMS structure, including uploading sales team email addresses and ensuring proper organization.
  • Support content setup for the Professional Business Unit, including uploading materials, writing clear descriptions, and ensuring a clean, user-friendly presentation.
  • Help keep the LMS organized, accurate, and visually consistent as content is added.
  • General Marketing Support
  • Support in market research activities, including competitive analysis for key markets.
  • Develop communications for various product launches and other marketing campaigns.
