About The Position

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across content, campaigns, and brand operations. You’ll help keep programs moving, assets organized, and timelines on track across internal teams and partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants meaningful exposure to modern go-to-market strategy, content operations, and performance-focused marketing. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content operations (internships count)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear written communication and good judgment
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and project management tools
  • Curiosity about how marketing, content, and sales connect to real business outcomes
  • A great team attitude
  • Interest in marketing operations and building clean, scalable systems
  • High follow-through — you finish what you start
  • Reliability — people can count on you
  • Strong coordination instincts — you naturally keep things moving
  • Able to work on either Mountain (MT) or Pacific (PST) timezone to overlap sufficiently with the team

Responsibilities

  • Contribute ideas that make our campaigns sharper, clearer, and harder to ignore
  • Help ideate and create polished assets for upcoming campaigns
  • Support marketing programs across content, social, email, and web
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, reviews, and approvals
  • Help manage content and asset organization across CMS, shared drives, and project tools
  • Help build and maintain a clean, centralized brand asset repository
  • Assist with publishing workflows, updates, and basic QA across owned channels
  • Support brand consistency across decks, presentations, and external-facing material
  • Assist with brand social media ideation and creation
