Illumination Foundation (IF) is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children's and family programs. IF currently has 13+ facilities with 22+ micro-communities scattered across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in implementing marketing and communications strategies that support our mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives. This position is responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, supporting campaigns, event promotion and outreach efforts to engage donors, volunteers, and the community. This position will also work closely with staff to gather meaningful stories and testimonials that showcase our impact. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional passionate about social impact and nonprofit work. The pay range for this role is $20-25 per hour.
