About The Position

Defy Medical is a concierge clinic that offers telemedicine care to more than 15,000 patients across the United States. With more than a decade of experience, Defy Medical is a fast-growing and well-respected clinic in the field if Men’s Health, Women’s Health, and integrative therapies. We are committed to improving the lives of our patients while maintaining the highest level of care throughout each step of the process. Our Marketing team is looking for a driven, independently motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with digital marketing campaigns geared toward growth, patient retention, and patient satisfaction. This role will support our Marketing Manager as well as take on individual duties as needed.

Requirements

2-5 years working within the digital marketing field.
Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent.
Experience writing blogs, web content, and social media content.
Experience filming and editing short-form videos for social media.
Creativity and the ability to brainstorm new ideas and marketing strategies.
Familiarity with building graphics in platforms like Canva.
Clear written communication and effective researching skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the medical industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with the creation of social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and other relevant platforms, plus reply to community engagement.
Visit Defy Medical’s clinic to film and edit compelling short-form video content focused on Defy Medical’s services.
Respond to reviews from patients on review sites like Google My Business and Trustpilot, and collaborate with internal departments to address patient issues raised within negative reviews.
Create factual and well-researched content for the blog section of the Defy Medical website (defymedical.com/blog).
Write compelling content for advertisements, website properties, email campaigns, and other marketing materials as needed.
Create patient resources to help patients understand Defy Medical’s programs, medication offerings, requirements, and other aspects of care.
Monitor analytics for assigned campaigns and provide feedback on effectiveness and optimization.
Explore new ways to market Defy Medical, communicate with potential patents, and retain current patients.
Other duties as needed to support the Marketing efforts of Defy Medical.
