About The Position

Marketing Coordinator at Cardamom Hybrid in Madison, WI Your Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized marketing coordinator to support day-to-day marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, juggling multiple projects, working cross-functionally, and helping turn ideas into polished, customer-ready materials. You’ll support brand, content, digital marketing, sales enablement, events, employer branding, and internal initiatives, playing a key role in keeping our marketing engine running smoothly. As a Marketing Coordinator at Cardamom, you will: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across marketing projects Support campaign execution from planning through launch Assist with the development of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, sales collateral, email, and more, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and voice Coordinate swag, including vendor relationship management as well as overseeing production, distribution, and logistics Manage basic website updates and CMS publishing Support email campaigns, social media scheduling, and analytics reporting Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and customer presentations Help plan and execute webinars, conferences, customer events, and sponsorships Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up communications Manage vendors, invoices, and marketing assets Develop promotional materials Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as workplace awards programs and content creation

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud, and HubSpot CMS

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in the healthcare or health IT industry
  • Experience in graphic design or video production
