About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that consistently communicate the Graeter’s brand internally, externally, and across all marketing channels. This role assists with retail marketing programs, brand partnerships, loyalty initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations to help drive sales and enhance the guest experience. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of marketing, retail, restaurant, or food service experience (internships included).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic project coordination experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and basic design principles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports execution of retail marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Assists with development and execution of retail marketing initiatives aligned with monthly and seasonal calendars.
  • Coordinates activation details for brand partnerships and sponsorships (e.g., The Children’s Theatre, Broadway, Zoo, etc.).
  • Supports execution of photography, visual assets, social media, and Commerce content.
  • Assists with miscellaneous marketing and sales programs as needed.
  • Provides administrative and executional support for loyalty marketing efforts.
  • Supports the Sweet Rewards loyalty program, including customer feedback, asset coordination, and reporting support.
  • Coordinates retail marketing communications and materials.
  • Assists in collecting and organizing retail marketing activities into a monthly calendar for internal and external distribution.
  • Helps coordinate communication between Marketing, Retail Leadership, and store teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Supports distribution of marketing media, signage, and promotional materials to retail locations.
  • Supports digital marketing initiatives.
  • Helps maintain accuracy of promotional messaging across digital platforms.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
