The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute the organization’s communications strategy, under the leadership of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Performance Improvement and Communications Director, with a high degree of independence, ability to meet quality standards, adherence to brand standards, and focus on agency priorities and objectives. The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing external and internal communications to facilitate recruitment and retention of staff and building relationships with identified client referral sources to increase program growth and retention.
