About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Customer Marketing and Loyalty team in implementing and executing the company's customer marketing strategy and activation effectively. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, from planning and research to implementation and analysis, ensuring alignment with company goals. The position requires creativity, organizational skills, and marketing knowledge to contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on executional accuracy and quality assurance across lifecycle marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Communication, Marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2-3 years of Marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of Brand Marketing experience, Project Management, Digital and/or Social Media, market and competitive research

Responsibilities

  • Ensures executional accuracy across campaigns, including creative inputs, legal template alignment, creative reviews, and QA validation prior to deployment.
  • Coordinates Marketing Cloud builds and supports campaign deployment processes across lifecycle communications.
  • Manages timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels including digital, social media, email, web, app, print, and others.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that deliver on Lowe’s marketing strategy.
  • Coordinates with internal teams, such as operations, merchandising, finance, and others to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Supports cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints by leveraging brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Works with creative team to develop brand assets for internal partners to ensure brand is represented accurately.
  • Organizes and synthesizes performance data across platforms to identify trends and inform optimization of loyalty lifecycle strategies.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors and preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develops, updates, and distributes marketing artifacts to keep stakeholders updated on latest marketing plans.
  • Collaborates with finance and marketing team to reconcile expenses, forecast future expenditures, and report to leadership on an on-going basis.
