About The Position

Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Field Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our brand presence in the Omaha region. Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the "boots on the ground" strategist responsible for turning local insights into high-impact marketing campaigns. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 2–3 years of proven marketing experience across both digital and traditional mediums (Print, Radio, Broadcast).
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in digital marketing tools and proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • You are a self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience planning and executing special events.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Service Titan).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets for social media, content creation, local sponsorships, and location-specific promotions.
  • Collaborate with Omaha market leaders to gather competitive intelligence and build actionable profiles of our local customer base.
  • Identify and secure local influencers to expand our digital reach and authenticity.
  • Track critical KPIs and analyze campaign performance to ensure the Ryan brand is thriving in the Omaha market.
  • Partner with our HQ marketing team to ensure brand consistency while tailoring "the Ryan way" to fit the local culture.
  • Lead ongoing efforts to capture local photos and videos, building a robust library for multi-channel marketing.
