About The Position

About the role: The Marketing Coordinator supports MAG’s marketing initiatives by executing content, digital, and event strategies that strengthen brand visibility and support sales growth. This role works cross-functionally to develop marketing materials, manage website updates, coordinate campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Dalton, GA Work Environment: Onsite 5 days per week

Requirements

  • Can-do attitude with extreme willingness to learn and Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across departments and external partners
  • Proficiency in reporting, marketing analytics, and standard business/marketing software (web or graphic experience a plus)
  • Ability to evaluate past campaigns and use data to improve future marketing efforts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments a plus
  • Works with minimal supervision. Issues and concerns need to be communicated to Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2-4 years pertinent experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual content calendar aligned with product launches, acquisitions, sustainability initiatives, trade events, and hospitality events
  • Create and publish monthly content to support brand positioning and drive engagement
  • Identify and promote innovation, manufacturing capabilities, global growth, and community impact
  • Manage website updates, imagery refreshes, and basic content maintenance
  • Monitor website and social performance metrics; provide quarterly analytics reports and improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather newsworthy updates, new programs, and strategic initiatives
  • Support Sales with updated marketing materials, internal communications, and presentation tools
  • Assist with RFP/RFI responses and development of case studies and capability materials
  • Coordinate photography, video documentation, and manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and maintain internal customer database
  • Support trade shows, corporate events, hospitality initiatives, and branded collateral management
  • Coordinate promotional efforts and communications related to company sponsorships and charitable partnerships.
  • Assist with community engagement efforts, sponsorships, and internal campaigns (including United Way)
