About the Role As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, visibility, and qualified leads. In this role, you'll oversee digital advertising, manage content strategy and vendors, and implement marketing automation to help the company stand out in a competitive market. Reporting to the VP of Operations, and working closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. Requirements

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the electronic security, technology, or related industries.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO best practices, and WordPress.
  • Experience working with Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills across various formats.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience collaborating with vendors and external agencies.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Background checks are required prior to employment.
  • Ability to attend off-site events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Lead SEO efforts to increase search visibility and drive high-quality leads.
  • Enhance and maintain the company website to ensure seamless user experience, content accuracy, and optimal technical performance.
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and social media content to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to produce graphics and video content.
  • Manage and schedule posts across all social media channels and platforms.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows (e.g., HubSpot or Pardot).
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, sponsorships, and PR activities (e.g., media coverage, speaking engagements).
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI to make data-driven decisions.
  • Report on website traffic, lead conversions, and ad performance regularly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client or company information.
