About The Position

The TownSq marketing department is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working closely with the content marketing manager, this role will help coordinate campaigns, manage marketing content, support events and webinars, and track performance metrics.   This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, TX location.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • Team oriented, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Eager to learn, take feedback and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistics for events and trade shows, including organizing swag inventory, preparing materials, and helping track and coordinate event shipments.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, contributing to scheduling, coordinating, and basic campaign setup tasks.
  • Help manage company digital content channels, such as blogs, YouTube, and social media by scheduling posts, publishing content, auditing existing materials, and making basic updates to improve SEO and engagement.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to help increase engagement and grow the company’s digital audience.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining social media strategies that support internal teams that support internal teams like Sales and Client success, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence.
