Jaque Bethke Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of fi rm-wide marketing initiatives. This role is operations and execution focused, designed to keep marketing initiatives, assets, and internal requests moving efficiently while senior leadership focuses on strategy, creative direction, and brand growth. Responsibilities

  • Execute approved marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, and brand efforts
  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and follow-through for marketing-related requests
  • Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and handoffs between internal teams and partners
  • Ensure marketing initiatives remain organized, on track, and moving forward
  • Execute and manage social media posting across all platforms in alignment with approved content and brand standards
  • Maintain and follow a structured social media calendar and posting schedule
  • Engage with clients, industry partners, and vendors across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring consistent communication and brand representation
  • Coordinate internally to gather content, approvals, and assets required for scheduled posts
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing-related requests
  • Collect inputs from Sales, Project Teams, and Leadership
  • Translate requests into clear action items and organized task lists
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and workflow tracking
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets (photos, videos, graphics, documents)
  • Prepare materials for presentations, proposals, and internal use
  • Assist with light formatting, resizing, and organization of assets as directed
  • Maintain shared drives and asset libraries to ensure easy access and consistency
  • Support execution of campaigns, launches, events, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with coordination of photoshoots, content usage, and asset delivery
  • Help ensure materials are prepared, finalized, and distributed on time
  • Occasional travel may be required to support project-related needs
  • Handle recurring marketing tasks to maintain consistency and momentum
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Support light reporting or internal tracking as requested
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or gaps to keep projects on schedule
