The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director, Brand and Creative and will play a key role in growing the business through its digital marketing, brand building, and sales support objectives. This position is responsible for the development and execution of social media content across multiple platforms in accordance with the calendar set by their manager. The person in this role will have the opportunity to apply their own creative ideas to concepts provided, and drive engagement with our online audience. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Interactive Strategy in paid display campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other tools, ensuring the media is accurate, budgets are met, and feedback/analytics are provided to the team for future iterations. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring a positive customer and prospect experience through our Marketing team, including but not limited to client and prospect gift processing, managing customer survey responses, ensuring collateral is in stock or ordered, and supporting both on and off-site events.
