About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of marketing initiatives to support brand growth, customer engagement, and strategic business objectives. This role manages agency and vendor partnerships, develops and executes advertising and promotional campaigns, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all media channels, signage, and customer touchpoints. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute the marketing calendar, support grand openings and special events, and drive innovation through market research, digital updates, and campaign performance analysis - upholding the company's core values and brand standards in every initiative.

Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the retail, food service, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors and agencies, including printers, media partners, web developers, and kiosk platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing tools such as content management systems, email platforms, social media scheduling tools, and digital advertising dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex promotional calendars, product launches, and advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications or proficiency in design and marketing systems, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the following third parties for effectiveness and accountability: printer, website, kiosk, media agencies, and graphic artists.
  • Work with promotional partners to utilize unique opportunities and coordinate appearances.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate signage kiosk updates.
  • Communicate marketing initiatives clearly to Operations and other departments through email, digital tools, and virtual meetings or trainings.
  • Communication promotions, signage, and execution plans to Operations through email, DL meetings, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with marketing team with new initiatives to accomplish department goals.
  • Build consistent branding through signage and all media elements, including corporate materials, brand guidelines, and promotional collateral.
  • Approve/edit all creative advertising spots, final layouts, and radio scripts.
  • Coordinate and lead product photo shoots; utilize existing images and photoshop as needed.
  • Develop and approver new signage hardware, promotional signage kits, and test signage as necessary.
  • Plan and purchase media - including billboard, radio, and TV services - to acheive strategic and tactical goals while staying within budget.
  • Evaluate and track all media for effectiveness in terms of brand awareness and cost.
  • Coordinate added-value media opportunities and radio remotes.
  • Plan and coordinate strategic partnerships with local and regional audiences while negotiating lowest cost for highest value.
  • Develop relevant promotions that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and support sales.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to execute flawless promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure final advertising copy is delivered to all necessary parties and that media is scheduled accurately.
  • Coordinate with kiosk partners to ensure updates, removal of expired specials, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor competitive activity and adjust promotions as needed.
  • Coordinate the shipping of signage kits to stores for grand openings, remodels, or rebuilds.
  • Develop and execute a grand opening plan including press release, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, vendor-supported events, and mailers.
  • Supply advertising plans and meeting content to Store and District Leaders for pre-opening team meetings
  • Coordinate and execute website and kiosk updates.
  • Ensure timely updates and communicate changes to stores.
  • Coordinate any necessary signage tied to digital platform updates.
  • Create coupon offers designed to generate interest and redemption.
  • Monitor key sales metrics (customer count, fast food, etc) to meet tactical goals.
  • Uphold the mission, core values, and brand standards of the company by ensuring all practices reflect integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Performs other projects/duties as assigned.
