About The Position

As Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside the Sales and Marketing team to gain information about our customer satisfaction through marketing campaigns, internal and external research, and other creative measures. Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business objectives of the Barron suite of products. This includes identifying/analyzing opportunities for product rationalization, service improvement, and marketing existing products to drive product sales. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for understanding sales data and customer needs, working closely with sales, product development and marketing team members to translate data into opportunity and respond to market feedback. This role requires effective analytic, communication, decision-making and strategic thinking skills to support and help develop multi-generational product plans.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large quantities of statistical data and convert it into actionable results, using a variety of tools and procedures, for example Zoho CRM, Microstrategy, Sage and Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

  • Executes a variety of tasks, including customer engagement, advertising, publicity, community relations, and special events.
  • Collaborates with marketing team members to coordinate the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials such as press releases, advertisements, catalogs, brochures, flyers, signage, audiovisual presentations, displays, and exhibits.
  • Manages sourcing and procurement of promotional inventory, trade show materials, literature, and food/beverages for meetings and events.
  • Oversees all aspects of event planning and execution, including purchasing, organizing, directing team members and volunteers, assigning responsibilities, setting up, tearing down, cleaning up, and following up with customers and representatives post-event.
  • Leads comprehensive trade show strategy and execution, including event selection, registration, cross-functional collaboration with sales on product focus, logistics and shipping coordination, and post-event lead follow-up to drive timely sales engagement and ROI.
  • Maintains CRM and email automation platform integrity by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability through regular updates, segmentation management, de-duplication, and governance—enabling effective campaigns, reliable reporting, and scalable marketing operations.
  • Monitors and analyzes performance across marketing channels, including email, social media, digital campaigns, and events, using CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools to generate insights, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conducts market research to identify new opportunities, performs bi-annual competitive audits, subscribes to industry news, and tracks competitor advertising strategies, frequency, and placements.
  • Updates distributor and representative contact lists, conducts bi-annual reviews of line cards, and ensures timely follow-up.
  • Manages co-op reviews, tracking, and payments.
  • Manages company promotional inventory.
  • Coordinates holiday office events.
  • Leads philanthropic initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Contributes to organizational success by taking ownership of new and diverse tasks, and exploring opportunities to improve.
  • Additional projects as assigned by management.
