About this role: Join our dynamic Fixed Income Capital Markets team and play a key part in shaping how we connect with clients and drive growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with bankers and subject matter experts to create impactful marketing materials, proposals, and events. You’ll manage content, analyze data, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen our brand and support strategic business objectives. The Impact You’ll Make: Coordinate the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing materials, including pitch books, sales literature, recruiting materials, and departmental communications. Assist with drafting, editing, and formatting content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm branding and messaging standards. Support responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs), including coordination, formatting, data population, and version control. Maintain and update standard pitch materials and templates to ensure content remains current and accurate. Run data queries using internal systems and industry databases and prepare clear, user-friendly summaries, charts, and tables for internal and external use. Maintain marketing content, statistics, and resources on SharePoint and other approved platforms and support organization of internal marketing databases and reference materials. Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for Fixed Income Capital Markets, partnering with internal stakeholders and other firm support teams as needed. Coordinate marketing-related projects and requests, tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Assist with onboarding new offices, markets, and associates by coordinating marketing materials and resources. Create and execute social media content and campaigns for the Fixed Income Capital Markets business in coordination with firm guidelines and compliance requirements. Coordinate conference, sponsorship, and event activities for identified key areas, including tracking and analyzing marketing budget and related expenses. Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring to Baird: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or professional services environment preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, with experience using Canva or similar design tools to create and update marketing materials. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MyEmma or similar systems), including content execution, list management, and distribution preferred. Experience or willingness to learn SharePoint, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and industry data tools. Ability to produce polished, professional-quality documents, presentations, and visual marketing materials. Strong internal and external client service mindset with a professional and composed demeanor. Ability to support time-sensitive requests, occasional peak workloads, and professionals across multiple time zones. Occasional attendance at internal or external events may be required, including some activities outside normal business hours. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or professional services environment preferred.
