About The Position

A Hiring Group is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to act as the central point of coordination across all marketing initiatives. This role is for someone who can bring structure, ensure execution, and keep every moving part aligned with performance goals. Think of it as a “chief of staff” for marketing — driving clarity, accountability, and results. The company is a fast-growing, tech-enabled home services platform operating across 30+ U.S. cities, connecting homeowners with skilled professionals and empowering contractors to scale their businesses.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in marketing coordination / growth / operations roles
  • Strong understanding of organic + paid marketing channels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset (CPL, CAC, ROAS, performance tracking)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, execution-focused
  • English & Russian — Advanced

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across organic, paid, and brand channels
  • Manage campaigns from planning to execution and reporting
  • Align teams (content, paid media, SEO, design, sales)
  • Support SEO, content, and social growth initiatives
  • Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta)
  • Track performance, budgets, and timelines
  • Maintain dashboards and marketing KPIs
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows
  • Ensure accountability and follow-through across projects
