This role is responsible for executing effective US marketing initiatives across digital content creation, social media, email marketing and more. This is a full-time, remote position based in the USA. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who’s eager to learn, with a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience (1-2 years) in marketing, with a preference for experience in the education space
  • A clear understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand language, buyer persona, key messaging, value proposition,s and the sales funnel
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual branding and design
  • Time management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team that’s situated across all four US time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; experience speaking or presenting in front of large groups is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the US college admissions process and the competitive Ivy League landscape is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms, and social media marketing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development of Crimson’s US Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion
  • Creating cross-platform digital marketing collateral, including webpages, social media ads, blog content, organic social content, digital flyers and booklets, and email campaigns
  • Marketing automation tasks, including building and scheduling emails, social media post,s and other campaign materials
  • Managing webinar campaigns from inception to completion, including the creation of campaign materials, hosting hour-long webinars up to two times per week, and reporting on webinar performance
  • Working closely with the US sales team and HQ marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for US marketing opportunities at all levels of the sales funnel
  • Aligning with other marketing teams across the company to share best practices and adapt different approaches to suit US branding and the US buyer persona
