About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the company’s marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role ensures brand consistency, effective communication, and successful promotion of services through the execution of strategic marketing efforts. Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage marketing materials, coordinate campaigns and events, and support content creation and marketing operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the company website, including newsletters, employee profiles, service territories, and general company information.
  • Assist in content creation, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social channels.
  • Coordinate and assist in the production of the quarterly company newsletter, including planning, formatting, content updates, proofreading, and distribution.
  • Assist in the creation, formatting, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials such as brochures, inserts, vehicle wraps, and other promotional assets.
  • Format, edit, and proof branded office materials, including business cards, letterhead, and leave-behind materials.
  • Register, coordinate, and attend marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities as a company representative.
  • Research, register, and coordinate advertising opportunities, including sponsorships and print or digital advertisements.
  • Research, select, purchase, and coordinate the distribution of client gifts and promotional items.
  • Research, proof, and purchase promotional merchandise.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with third-party marketing vendors on projects and requests.
  • Coordinate photography for employees and production sites for use on the website and in marketing materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships and assist with ordering marketing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
  • Assist with marketing budget planning and expense tracking.
  • Create, compile, and distribute marketing-related reports as required.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects assigned to support business needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development
