About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting the overall marketing strategy. This position is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing marketing materials, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as social media management platforms, email marketing systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player who collaborates well across departments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels
  • Design marketing materials, such as graphics, email templates, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media comments to maintain company reputation
  • Capture quality photography of team members and project before/after images
  • Coordinate with clients to develop case studies and testimonials
  • Order and maintain inventory of marketing materials including business cards, door hangers, and promotional items
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including print shops and van wrap companies
  • Audit lead sources and data for accuracy, dispute charges where necessary, and track campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
  • Lead special projects as assigned, such as developing client appreciation programs or researching new market opportunities
  • Assist in managing the company website, including updating content and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain brand consistency across all company touchpoints and communications
  • Coordinate booth presence at home shows and promotional events
