About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution. This position supports product launches, pricing programs, digital campaigns, and customer communications by coordinating projects, managing vendors, analyzing market data, and maintaining accurate customer-facing materials. This is a highly organized, detail-driven role designed for someone who enjoys running multiple projects, working with internal teams and outside contractors, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or business operations
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Experience working with outside vendors or agencies
  • Comfortable working with data, pricing, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, including product launches, promotions, catalogs, digital content, and sales tools
  • Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverables
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met across marketing, sales, and external vendors
  • Coordinate approvals, revisions, and final production
  • Work directly with external agencies, designers, web developers, printers, and content creators
  • Ensure all vendor work meets brand standards, technical requirements, and deadlines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for marketing contractors
  • Research competitor pricing, product positioning, promotions, and channel strategies
  • Analyze trends in education, B2B, and retail markets
  • Identify opportunities for pricing improvements, product bundles, and new product launches
  • Summarize findings into clear recommendations for leadership
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer price lists, discount programs, and product data
  • Coordinate pricing updates across ERP, website, catalogs, and sales tools
  • Assist in building customer-specific pricing, programs, and quotes
  • Support sales with sell sheets, product matrices, and pricing comparisons
  • Track campaign performance, product launches, and promotions
  • Create reports on: Sales performance Product adoption Pricing effectiveness Campaign ROI
  • Maintain dashboards and summaries for leadership reviews
  • Serve as the primary administrator for: Salsify (Product Information Management) HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, and Sales tools)
  • Ensure product data, pricing, images, attributes, and descriptions are accurate and synced to: Websites Sales tools Marketplaces Customer price lists
  • Maintain customer records, segmentation, pipelines, and campaign data in HubSpot
  • Support sales and marketing teams with clean, reliable data
  • Help manage product data, images, videos, and downloadable content
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and promotions
  • Coordinate email campaigns, digital ads, and print collateral
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
