About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves coordinating marketing activities across multiple channels, assisting with content creation, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut), Monday.com, and Trello is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and social media content.
  • Maintain and update the company's social media accounts and website content.
  • Assist in organizing events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations as needed, including printing branded assets.
