About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in promoting Christ-centered content that inspires and equips individuals, churches, and communities. This position requires a blend of creative marketing, project coordination, and publishing knowledge to support the successful launch and ongoing promotion of books, Bible studies, and digital resources. This role collaborates cross-functionally with editorial, design, sales, and ministry teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the company’s mission and values. Responsibilities include campaign execution, content development, digital marketing support, and asset coordination to effectively reach target audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and content marketing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, analytics tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A heart for ministry and alignment with Christian values and mission
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of company projects and proprietary information
  • Regular, predictable attendance required

  • Experience with book marketing, digital campaigns, or ministry-based organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for new and existing products
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and ministry messaging
  • Create and support development of marketing content including emails, social media posts, promotional copy, and product descriptions
  • Collaborate with editorial and design teams to ensure messaging accuracy and visual consistency
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and website updates
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets including images, copy, and promotional materials
  • Ensure assets are easily accessible and properly archived
  • Work closely with editorial, sales, and ministry teams to support product positioning and messaging
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
  • Stay informed on industry trends, Christian publishing insights, and emerging marketing strategies
  • Bring forward new ideas to enhance audience engagement and outreach
  • Support special projects, events, and promotional initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain a Christ-centered, service-oriented attitude in all responsibilities
