About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, serving as a key connector between creative, digital, and operational teams. This is a hybrid position in Brooklyn NY.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience supporting or managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and on-site channels
  • Own assigned campaigns or initiatives from planning through execution and wrap-up
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate development and deployment of marketing assets in collaboration with creative teams
  • Review and proof marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and brand resources
  • Execute website updates, email campaigns, and social media scheduling
  • Track performance metrics and compile insights to inform campaign optimization
  • Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and testing efforts
  • Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for select internal teams or initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Support brand and compliance review processes across marketing outputs
  • Support marketing budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing
  • Maintain marketing calendars, status reports, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and campaign processes
  • Additional job duties as assigned
