About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing marketing, advertising, and digital communication initiatives that reinforce our commitment to delivering a remarkable patient experience in every interaction. Embedded within the Brand Marketing team, this position offers the opportunity to actively participate in strategy discussions, contribute ideas, and support day-to-day marketing operations. While a brand background is not required, experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or media buying translates well and provides a strong foundation.

Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
  • Marketing or advertising experience, required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
  • Complex problem solving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information.
  • Ability to relate to a diverse group.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Digital and email marketing, preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and operational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and directives simultaneously.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Creativity in problem-solving
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Lean six-sigma or agile methodology experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and lead execution of marketing tactics, including message development, consumer targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to oversee copywriting, creative development, design, and media placement across campaigns.
  • Participate in strategy meetings with the Brand Marketing team and contribute insights that support campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks such as routing and tracking approvals, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal clients on marketing self-service tools, including digital asset management systems and branded marketing templates.
  • Respond to internal client needs, conduct research, and escalate requests as appropriate to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to operational excellence within the marketing communications department through project coordination, process improvement, and support of initiatives that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
