About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department across a variety of content, digital, and operational tasks. This role ensures that marketing assets, communications, and campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn the foundational skills of modern marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent understanding of the brand guidelines to contribute to the brand's growth at a franchisor and franchisee level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices
  • Related experience in marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to website update requests, including resizing and formatting assets, managing content updates, and completing data‑entry‑style tasks following SEO best practices.
  • Author website content to support brand awareness, product education, and consumer guidance.
  • Review and interpret reporting to identify trends and performance metrics; translate insights into clear, actionable takeaways to educate and support sales teams
  • Schedule and coordinate model home photography, ensuring all final deliverables are received, properly prepared for web, digital library, and print use, and distributed to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Upload, tag, organize, and maintain marketing campaign assets within the Digital Library; Monitor, audit, and archive outdated marketing assets to maintain a clean, current, and efficient asset library.
  • Format approved content into established templates, including emails, one‑pagers, presentations, and various internal materials.
  • Manage vendor follow‑ups and internal coordination to ensure marketing projects (e.g., awards submissions, promotional items, print stock, etc.) remain on schedule and properly executed.
