About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator - Virtual Events will serve as the primary driver of RF-SMART's webinar strategy execution, managing all aspects of virtual events from content creation through post-event analysis. This part-time role combines technical platform expertise , marketing coordination, and content development to deliver engaging webinar experiences for both live product demonstrations and customer training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker who can manage logistics while thinking strategically about audience engagement and program optimization. Hours worked will be up to 25 hours a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing , Communications, Event Management , o r related field
  • 2+ years of experience in webinar coordination, virtual event management, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple webinars or virtual events from planning through execution
  • Experience with webinar platforms (and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms for tracking and reporting
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master webinar platforms and marketing technology tools
  • Excellent project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent events and deadlines
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and with external presenters
  • Creative problem-solver who can troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events
  • Flexible schedule with ability to accommodate webinar times and coordination needs

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage live demo webinars, collaborating with stakeholders to develop compelling content and presentations that effectively showcase RF-SMART solutions
  • Configure and manage webinar platforms, including event setup, backend logistics , registration workflows, and post-event reporting and analytics
  • Create and deploy webinar marketing assets including landing pages, promotional emails, and registration campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
  • Coordinate with internal presenters and stakeholders to ensure seamless webinar delivery, including scheduling, rehearsals, and technical preparation
  • Support the Customer Education Marketing team with setting up customer training webinars that enhance user adoption and product knowledge
  • Develop comprehensive reports on webinar performance, tracking key metrics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries within the Content Marketing SharePoint, ensuring webinar files and resources are accessible and properly archived
  • Research and implement innovative strategies to increase webinar registrations, improve content quality, and enhance overall attendee engagement
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team on video demo creation and broader marketing campaigns as needed
