Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and signage, ensuring brand consistency. Coordinate the logistics for community events, open houses, and trade shows. Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors. Assist in the management of the company’s website, including content updates and SEO optimization. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Assist in the coordination of photo and video shoots for new home communities. Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Coordinate the logistics of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials. Event Coordination: Support the planning and executing events, trade shows, and conferences.
