Requirements

  • Comfortable filming with iPhone
  • Basic video and photo editing
  • Canva proficiency
  • Social media platform familiarity
  • Strong written communication skills
  • An eye for photography
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Organized and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

  • Film short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
  • Capture technician highlights, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Edit and publish content consistently
  • Develop post ideas that drive comments and engagement
  • Take initiative on new content ideas, including educational and promotional concepts
  • Coordinate and film highlights at company events
  • Basic iPhone photography
  • Create graphics in Canva (social posts, email graphics, flyers, postcards)
  • Maintain clean, polished, on-brand visual and quality standards with a professional tone
  • Monitor and engage in relevant online communities
  • Support brand reputation initiatives
  • Create posts designed to drive conversation — not just impressions
  • Light data entry
  • Support campaign tracking and marketing reporting
  • Maintain organization of digital assets
