You will be responsible for: Video & Content Creation Film short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) Capture technician highlights, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments Edit and publish content consistently Develop post ideas that drive comments and engagement Take initiative on new content ideas, including educational and promotional concepts Coordinate and film highlights at company events Visual & Design Basic iPhone photography Create graphics in Canva (social posts, email graphics, flyers, postcards) Maintain clean, polished, on-brand visual and quality standards with a professional tone Engagement & Reputation Monitor and engage in relevant online communities Support brand reputation initiatives Create posts designed to drive conversation — not just impressions Marketing Support Light data entry Support campaign tracking and marketing reporting Maintain organization of digital assets In short, you will not just “assist.” You will create and execute with pride.
