We are seeking full-time Marketing Coordinator - AI Strategy & Content Support to be a part of a growing company reporting to the Director of Media & Entertainment. This position will be an integral member of our marketing team , and play a central role in building executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across MountainPlex Media businesses, including The Market, The Guest House, The McCreery Conference & Event Center, Otter & Oak, Otter Cafe, The Ritz Theater, Classic Hits 98.3FM and ESPN Radio 102.3FM The Ticket. The successful applicants would be responsible to ensure all marketing efforts are strategically planned, consistently branded, and effectively executed across multiple channels. This position is designed for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional who is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies - especially artificial intelligence - to strengthen brand messaging, enhance content performance, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a balance of creativity and organization, combining traditional marketing practices with cutting-edge digital strategy. The Marketing Coordinator will support campaigns from concept to execution, coordinate messaging across platforms, track performance data, and continuously refine strategies based on analytics and insights. As a key collaborator, the Coordinator helps maintain brand consistency, identify cross-promotional opportunities, and ensure that every marketing effort contributes tot he larger goals of audience growth, revenue generation, and community engagement.
