About The Position

In this role, you’ll start by supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives and gradually take on more responsibility as you build confidence, context, and experience, with a clear path to growing into a more senior account strategy or account management role over time. Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn how marketing strategy and account management work in practice. You’re organized, curious, and comfortable supporting multiple initiatives at once – and you take pride in helping work move from planning to execution. You’ll work closely with the Account Strategy team to support assigned service lines, helping manage day-to-day marketing activity, coordinate requests, and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll build a foundation in marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Campaign & Initiative Support Support the coordination of marketing campaigns across email, web, content, digital, and events Assist with tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives Help ensure campaigns move smoothly from strategy approval through launch Flag potential risks or delays to senior team members Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Strategy, Content, and Events teams to support campaign execution needs Assist with coordinating handoffs and gathering required inputs across teams Participate in planning meetings to understand campaign goals and requirements Execution & Operations Assistance Support campaign setup and QA under the guidance of senior team members Assist with email builds, scheduling, and basic platform tasks as needed Help coordinate event logistics, follow-up workflows, and campaign close-out activities Support ongoing website and content updates tied to approved initiatives Reporting & Documentation Assist with preparing recurring campaign performance reports Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation Help keep campaign records organized and up to date Learn to interpret basic performance data with support from senior team members What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 0- 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or account support role (B2B, professional services, or agency experience is a plus!) Salary & Benefits The expected annual base salary for this position is $55,000-$70,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0- 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or account support role (B2B, professional services, or agency experience is a plus!)
