About The Position

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Marketing Content Writer. Applications for this role will be accepted until 02/20/2026 The content marketing team is an integral part of the sales and marketing go-to-market organization. This position helps attract, engage, and convert prospects as well as engage and retain existing clients through well-written, concise content. This role requires a collaborative team member who can effectively work across teams, gathering information and producing high-quality content within brand and under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2 years of marketing content experience to include writing and editing.
  • Excellent writing skills: ability to write and tailor in different styles/tones.
  • A keen eye for copyediting and spotting typos and errors.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly working with multiple products and teams.
  • Passion for developing and implementing innovative content and campaigns.
  • Organized, collaborative, and deadline oriented.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can help facilitate the growth of a larger vision within the team.
  • Minimal travel to company client events and internal team meetings
  • Associates that live near a ADP or WorkForce office would be expected to work a hybrid model.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience of workforce management solutions and services
  • Experience in joint go-to-market with ERP or System Integrator channels
  • Experience in the Enterprise SaaS software and/or HCM market
  • Experience using Asana and Seismic software solutions
  • A portfolio demonstrating compelling and engaging copy

Responsibilities

  • Write copy for webpages, emails, blogs, eBooks, infographics, webinars, search ads, social ads and thought leadership content on a variety of topics relevant to our audience.
  • Engage with subject matter experts about technical topics and derive a compelling way to communicate it to the market.
  • Identify, curate, and disseminate content that speaks to our specific products, use cases, and audiences.
  • Push the creative envelope to help our brand cut through the noise and reach our buyers in a busy market.
  • Copyedit webpages, emails, blogs, ads, etc. for grammatical correctness and brand adherence.
