About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Content Strategist to help connect our practices and providers with people who need our specialized care. Playing a role in both strategy and execution, you will lead the marketing content roadmap across referral and digital channels, ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose, aligns with organizational goals, and strengthens our brands. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator, able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that drive engagement and action. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to bring ideas to life with content that supports the full customer journey, from awareness through advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice for different audiences and channels
  • Experience developing content strategies that support measurable business outcomes
  • A strong understanding of SEO, digital content best practices, and user-centric storytelling
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, leadership, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without sacrificing quality
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating your experience and expertise

  • Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-location organizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives, audience needs, and partner goals.
  • Conduct research and audit existing content to identify opportunities that will increase visibility, deliver value to our audiences, and drive interest in our practices.
  • Create, write, and oversee the development of high-quality content across formats, including website and campaign copy, video storylines, printed collateral, and patient materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to capture subject matter expertise and turn it into clear, engaging, on-brand content.
  • Coordinate content amplification and integration plans in collaboration with web, social, and field marketing teams to maximize reach and impact.
  • Establish content standards, frameworks, workflows, partnerships, and best practices that scale across teams
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of content and marketing campaigns
