As the Marketing Content Manager at Pharos, you will play a critical role in shaping and sharing our story. You will lead the development and execution of our content marketing strategy, help create and define the PrintOps category, and elevate Pharos as a thought leader in secure, efficient, and modern printing solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams-marketing, product, sales, and customer success-as well as external vendors and agencies, to produce high-impact content that informs, engages, and converts. From website and social media content to webinars, case studies, blogs, and campaign collateral, you'll ensure our brand voice is clear, consistent, and compelling. You will also own and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned to company goals, continuously optimizing content for SEO/GEO and performance, tracking content effectiveness, and adjusting strategy based on analytics. You'll champion our voice, promote brand and category awareness, and contribute directly to demand generation and customer engagement efforts. You will be responsible for growing key brand and content performance metrics, including top of funnel website traffic, content downloads and webinar registrations, brand search volume, as well as social media/media generated impressions and engagement. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll help educate the world about PrintOps and help position Pharos at the forefront of this emerging space.
