About The Position

As the Marketing & Content Lead at NOX METALS, you will own our organic marketing efforts, driving the company’s brand and mission through social media, newsletters, and customer collaborations. You will focus on creating authentic, real content that resonates with our community and reflects what we’ve built so far. With a limited budget, you will maximize impact through creativity and hands-on execution, leveraging partnerships and our unique story to engage new audiences and foster loyalty with existing ones.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media and organic marketing for brands, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to produce compelling, authentic, story-driven content
  • Experience managing company newsletters and building community through content
  • Collaborative spirit and confidence working directly with customers and partners on co-branded content
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to thrive with a limited budget
  • Strong writing, visual, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute organic social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Write, edit, and distribute regular newsletters to keep our community informed and engaged
  • Initiate and manage collaborations with customers, partners, and industry leaders to co-create content
  • Capture and share authentic stories from our operations, customers, and team members
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Measure engagement and adapt content strategy for maximum organic reach
  • Work creatively within a limited budget, focusing on authenticity and real results, not paid media
