About The Position

Leaky’s is hiring a Community Growth Specialist to take our marketing out of the internet and into the real world. This job intended to last from May-September. Great summer job for the right person. $750 per week plus monthly bonus if you are an all-star! The Objective: Make Leaky’s the most recognizable home service brand in the community. We deliver expert plumbing and air conditioning services to local homeowners and businesses, focusing on repair-first, honest, and reliable service people can trust. You will plan, organize, and execute boots-on-the-ground marketing initiatives including neighborhood outreach, events, partnerships, and local promotions. Responsibilities

Guerilla Marketing Execution: Plan and carry out creative, boots-on-the-ground marketing initiatives that generate awareness and local leads.
Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and facilities to grow referral opportunities.
Event & Workshop Coordination: Organize, schedule, and attend community events and workshops that connect homeowners with our brand.
Neighborhood Presence Building: Help establish Leaky’s as a trusted, recognizable name across key neighborhoods and communities.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track outreach activities, measure results, and provide regular updates on performance and insights.
Brand Representation: Represent Leaky’s professionally in the community while creating positive, memorable first impressions.
