The Marketing Communications Specialist serves as a key connector across the organization, supporting multiple departments—especially Employee Experience and Mortgage—with strategic marketing guidance and coordinated communication efforts. This role plays an essential part in advancing the Credit Union’s competitive position in alignment with our mission and the needs of the markets we serve. You will help develop objectives, policies, and programs that shape the Credit Union’s marketing activities, while coordinating the efforts of Marketing Communications, Creative Services, Analytics, and other internal partners to achieve organizational goals. The position also provides advice and support to the Marketing Communications Director and collaborates with operating units across the organization to ensure marketing strategies are aligned, effective, and executed with excellence.
